Our integrated and industry purpose built system ensures transparency at all times. At the time of inspection, policyholders are given a unique Job Number which they can use to call or email ASB to check on the status of their job.

It is a primary focus of ASB to ensure the highest level of customer service to your policyholders at all times. We understand we are having contact with them at a time when they are likely to be distressed and it is our priority to make the process as seamless, easy and stress-free as possible.
